Return & Exchange Policy
Jo.Yon wants you to be satisfied with all purchases. However we understand that things come up. You can return the non-clearance items within 14 days of receipt. You will be charge $5 for return shipping. You will not be charged for shipping if we're shipping an item back to you. To get credit for returned items, items must be in original form, clean, unworn, unwashed, and original tags /labels affixed. Tags and labels cannot be bent, torn, cut off, or anything there of.
Clearance items are non-refundable.
